Expansion Development System (EDS)
Over the course of life, stress and repeated experiences teach the body to stay tense, guarded, and reactive. These patterns eventually affect movement, breathing, posture, energy, and emotional balance. My exercise process helps retrain the body and nervous system through a proprietary strategy that becomes self-guided with practice with time. The goal is to restore balance and adaptability so a person can respond to daily life with greater ease, awareness, and resilience instead of operating from chronic tension and established survival habits.

Exposing The Beauty Of Expansion

My name is Rodney Arnett Jones. Although I do not hold a medical degree, my expertise is grounded in 34 years as an educator and public school principal, along with more than 50 years of rigorous independent study in human development. Since retiring in 2010, I have drawn from the work of influential thinkers in psychiatry, philosophy, and medicine — ranging from Alan Watts and J. Krishnamurti to Dr. Daniel Amen and Dr. Bobby Price — to develop the Expansion Development System (EDS). My professional and academic background has enabled me to approach human behavior through a practical, results-oriented lens, emphasizing natural rather than synthetic interventions to support meaningful behavioral improvement. I am currently seeking a philanthropic partner to help bring this natural, evidence-informed approach to addressing obesity to communities across America.
